silicone baby fork range

Silicone Fork Structures for Your Product Range

We offer multiple fork structures to support different material positions within your baby feeding range. You can source existing designs or develop new variations in fork-head material, handle construction, rigidity, colors and matching utensils, while leaving room to expand your silicone fork collection in the future.

All-Silicone Forks

Integrated Silicone Forks

Choose an integrated silicone exterior when you want a unified material appearance across the fork. We can use a fully silicone construction or place a PPSU support core completely inside the silicone handle. In the second structure, PPSU supports the handle but does not form the visible handle or fork head.

Silicone Fork Heads with Beech Wood Handles

Combine silicone fork heads with beech wood handles to introduce natural-material styling and a distinct visual direction within your range. We can coordinate the silicone colors and fork-head details with related tableware, helping you separate this category from forks with integrated silicone exteriors.

Stainless Steel Fork Heads with Silicone Handles

Select stainless steel fork heads when you want a more conventional cutlery structure and a clearly differentiated rigid-head category. We can coordinate the silicone handles, guards, colors and matching spoon designs, allowing you to extend the same visual language across a broader utensil range.

PPSU Fork Heads with Silicone Handles

PPSU Fork Heads with Silicone Handles

Add PPSU fork heads when you need a rigid and lightweight option between flexible silicone and stainless steel. We can coordinate the PPSU head color with the silicone handle and matching utensils, giving you another material direction for product differentiation and assortment planning.

Need a Different Silicone Fork Structure?

If the structure you need is not shown above, send us your drawing, reference sample or design concept. We can review the fork-head material, handle construction and assembly requirements, then recommend a suitable development solution for your product collection.

Fork-Head Design

Fork Head and Handle Designs for Silicone Forks

Different fork-head and handle structures allow Silicone Forks to support more than one feeding stage. From semi-solid food feeding to independent food pickup, each design gives the product a clearer function while creating additional options within a coordinated baby utensil collection.

Slotted Silicone Feeding Heads

Slotted Silicone Feeding Heads

A slotted silicone head gives you a recognizable transitional-feeding SKU with a function that is easy to demonstrate. Children who cannot yet control conventional tines can press soft foods or fruit pieces into the openings and lift them once secured, creating a clearer product story than another standard fork shape.

Rounded Silicone Tines

Rounded Silicone Tines

Rounded silicone tines can form the flexible-fork category within your collection and extend across several related SKUs. We coordinate the head geometry with different handle structures, colors and matching utensils, helping you broaden the assortment while keeping the range visually consistent and clearly separated from rigid-head products in your catalog.

PPSU Fork Heads

For a rigid non-metal option between flexible silicone and stainless steel, PPSU fork heads give you a clearly differentiated material category. Since PPSU forms the visible fork head rather than a hidden handle core, you can communicate the difference directly while keeping coordinated colors and silicone handles across the collection.

Stainless Steel Fork Heads

When your range needs more direct piercing and pickup performance, stainless steel fork heads establish a conventional rigid-cutlery direction. We coordinate the metal heads with silicone handles, guards and colors, allowing you to add firmer utensil structures without separating them visually from the design language of your existing collection.

Silicone Forks Structure

Compare Silicone Fork Material Structures

You can use this comparison to identify how each fork structure fits into your collection. The differences are based on the visible fork-head material, handle construction and overall rigidity rather than colors or decorative details.

Fork StructureFork-Head MaterialHandle ConstructionPosition in Your Range
Integrated Silicone ForksFlexible silicone head with rounded tines or a slotted structureIntegrated silicone or silicone shell; some models use a PPSU support core that is completely enclosed inside the handle.Core silicone category with a consistent material appearance

Silicone Fork Sizes Across the Collection

Our current Silicone Forks include compact short-handle designs, standard guarded forks, and longer beech wood handle options. Product specifications cover overall lengths from 72 to 141 mm and finished weights from 16 to 36 g. Depending on the feeding stage and fork structure, silicone hardness can be adjusted from 50 to 70 Shore A.

Softer silicone around 50 Shore A is better suited to babies who are newly transitioning to complementary foods. Higher hardness levels provide more structural support as the fork head, handle, and feeding function develop toward later feeding stages. Exact dimensions and hardness are confirmed for each selected design.

Silicone Fork Recommendation

Position Silicone Forks Across Feeding Stages

You may already know which feeding stage and product position you need to cover. We can develop directly from your specifications or reference designs. If the direction is still open, we can recommend a balanced sequence of fork structures for your planned product range.

Transitional Feeding Range

Transitional Feeding Range

Slotted silicone feeding forks allow you to add a transitional category between feeding spoons and conventional tined forks. We can combine an approximately 50 Shore A silicone head with a PPSU core fully enclosed inside the handle, giving the range a recognizable press-and-lift function and a distinct early-feeding product story.

Entry Self-Feeding Range

Entry Self-Feeding Range

Rounded silicone tines create a clear entry self-feeding direction for your collection. By coordinating the fork head with thicker silicone handles, optional guards and matching utensils, we help you build a recognizable product group that can be sold independently or incorporated into a wider baby tableware assortment.

Developing Independent Feeding Range

Developing Independent Feeding Range

PPSU fork heads give you a rigid non-metal step between flexible silicone forks and stainless steel cutlery. The silicone handles can retain your established colors and styling, allowing you to introduce another material tier without separating it visually from the surrounding feeding collection or creating an unrelated product line.

Conventional Cutlery Range

Stainless steel fork heads establish the most conventional rigid-cutlery direction within the range. We coordinate them with silicone handles, guards and matching spoon designs, helping you extend into more developed utensil positioning while preserving the same collection identity used across your softer silicone and non-metal fork options.

FAQs

Can you develop a silicone fork around our existing spoon or feeding set?

Yes. We can follow your existing handle silhouette, guard, colors, logo placement and overall design language. The fork head is developed according to its required material and pickup function, allowing you to add a coordinated fork SKU without simply copying the spoon structure.

Which product changes require new tooling?

Color, logo and packaging changes can usually retain existing tooling. Changes to fork-head geometry, opening layout, tine length, handle proportions, guard position, internal PPSU support or head-to-handle connection may require a new mold or insert. We confirm this after comparing your requirements with available tooling.

How do you manage color approval across silicone and PPSU components?

Silicone and PPSU can follow the same Pantone direction, but their appearance may differ because of opacity, texture and light reflection. We approve the components as a complete assembled product, allowing you to evaluate the overall color relationship instead of relying only on separate material swatches.

Can one handle platform support different fork-head materials?

A shared handle platform may be possible when the connection, internal support, weight balance and assembly method are compatible. Silicone, PPSU and stainless steel heads do not automatically use the same interface. We review the planned SKU family before identifying which components can share tooling.

Can the slotted silicone head be adjusted for different pickup behavior?

Yes. Opening size, layout, silicone thickness and hardness affect how soft foods are pressed into, retained and released from the head. We adjust these elements around your product positioning, then evaluate pressing, retention, lifting and release functions through the approved sample.

What should we confirm in the final sample before bulk production?

Final approval should cover fork-head geometry, handle proportions, silicone hardness, color, surface finish, component alignment, connection stability, logo position and packaging configuration. We use the approved sample and confirmed specifications as the production reference for your bulk silicone fork order.
