Built for daily feeding

Silicone Baby Bibs Structural Details for Daily Feeding

Every silicone baby bib we produce is built around structural decisions that address specific points in daily handling — from fitting different children to storing the bib after use.

Silicone baby bibs One-piece button neckline

One-piece button neckline

The neck opening is molded as a single silicone piece with multiple button holes, so it can be adjusted to fit different neck sizes without any separate buckle, snap, or fabric strap. Because the whole neckline is formed from one piece of silicone, there are no small attached parts to loosen, detach, or go missing over repeated use.

Built-in catch pocket

Both versions include a molded catch pocket along the lower edge, which also makes the front of the bib instantly identifiable during daily use — no guessing which side faces out. The pocket catches food and liquid that would otherwise drop straight through, reducing the mess left behind after each meal.

Rolls for storage, lies flat for display

Rolls for storage, lies flat for display

The silicone body is soft enough to roll into a compact form for travel packs, yet holds a flat shape when laid out on a shelf or in a box. This dual form factor lets the same bib work for on-the-go packing and for flat, presentable retail display, without changing the product itself.

Wider catch pocket opening

The catch pocket is molded with a wide opening, giving it a large area to catch food and liquid as they fall during feeding. This opening is built into the same molded structure, with no change to how the bib is put on or cleaned afterward.

Certified Materials for Peace of Mind

Silicone baby bib material and compliance standards

Each silicone baby bib is molded from a single food-grade silicone, free of BPA, BPS, PVC, and phthalates. Hardness is held at 60 Shore A across every production batch, so the bib keeps the same flex and feel from the first sample to the full order — no softer or stiffer pieces mixed into a shipment. This consistency matters most at scale, where even small material drift between batches can show up as a difference in feel once the product reaches the shelf or the end customer.

clean and durability

Silicone baby bib cleaning and durability

The same silicone body that holds its shape through daily feeding is also built to withstand repeated washing, without the surface breaking down over time.

Wide heat resistance range

Stable from -40°C to 230°C, so the bib can go from a hot wash or steam sterilizer to cold storage without changing shape or texture.

Wipeable, non-porous surface

The molded silicone surface doesn't absorb liquid or food residue, so a quick wipe-down is enough for daily cleaning between full washes.

Holds up over repeated use

All products achieve a Shore A hardness of 60, meaning the bibs will not harden, crack, or soften unevenly after repeated washing.

Customized Service

Silicone baby bib color and logo customization

Beyond the standard color range, the same bib structure can carry your brand's own palette and logo, without changing the mold or the production timeline.

Color customization Silicone baby bibs
Color customization

Match your brand palette

The bib is available in a standard color range and can also be produced in custom colors to match an existing product line or seasonal collection. Color changes don’t require a new mold, which keeps development time short when you need to align a new bib with colors already used across your product range.

Custom logo
Logo customization

Print or laser engraving

A brand logo can be applied to the bib surface using either printing or laser engraving, depending on how visible or durable you want the mark to be. Both methods are applied after molding, so the same base bib can carry different logos for different customers without separate tooling for each one.

Mold customization

Custom shape development

If you’re developing your own bib silhouette rather than using an existing shape, a new mold can be developed to specification. This path takes longer than color or logo customization alone, since it starts from a new mold rather than an existing one already in production.

Tell us your logo, packaging, and mold plan, and we’ll turn it into one quotation — a single supplier, not five separate conversations.

Beyond the standard color range, the same bib structure can carry your brand's own palette and logo, without changing the mold or the production timeline.

OPP BAG

OPP bag - Bulk and wholesale ready

Each bib is packed individually in a clear OPP bag, keeping unit cost low and cartons compact when you're moving larger volumes through wholesale or distribution channels.

Printed box - Retail-ready presentation

A printed box gives the bib a shelf-ready presentation, suited to you if you're selling through retail stores or building out a branded product line with consistent packaging across items.

Other packaging

Other packaging - Built around your program

Beyond the two standard formats, packaging can be adapted to fit your specific program, such as gift-oriented presentation or packaging that pairs the bib with other items in a set.

Quality Check

Quality checks behind every silicone baby bib

With 26+ years focused on silicone products for babies and children, our production process is built around routine checks rather than a single inspection at the end. Material batches, molded surfaces, and finished bibs are checked at different stages, so an issue is more likely to be caught before it reaches packing, not after.

This applies across our silicone product line, including bibs, feeding sets, and tableware, which are produced under the same quality process and tested against the same food-contact standards. You’re sourcing from a single, consistent production system rather than a mix of separately vetted suppliers.

delivery timeline

Quality checks behind every silicone baby bib

Each stage has a predictable window, so you can plan your launch or restock date before placing an order.

Sampling
3 - 7 days

Covers confirming color, checking the bib against your requirements, and preparing it for your review before moving to mold work.

Mold development
As fast as 1 week

Applies when a new mold is needed, such as for a custom shape. Standard versions already in production skip this step.

Mass production As fast as 10 to 15 working days

Covers the bulk production run once the sample and mold (if applicable) are confirmed, through to packing.

FAQs

Do the two catch pocket opening sizes require separate qualification?

No. Both opening sizes are molded from the same silicone batch and go through the same finishing process, so they fall under one material qualification. Sourcing either size, or both, doesn't mean working with two separately vetted products — the opening size is a structural choice within the same qualified line.

Is the bib suitable for sterilizing or hot washing given its heat resistance?

The silicone holds up across a -40°C to 230°C range, which covers most hot-wash and steam-based cleaning methods used for feeding items. Since the material doesn't absorb liquid, repeated exposure to heat during cleaning doesn't wear down the surface the way it might with a softer or more porous material.

What if my target market has requirements beyond LFGB, FDA, or EN14372?

If your market requires documentation beyond these three standards, we can work with you to coordinate additional testing or prepare the material documentation your import process needs. This is handled case by case, since requirements vary by country and by product classification.

Can I combine a custom color with a custom logo on the same order?

Yes. Logo application happens after the bib is molded, so it can be added to either a standard or a custom color without any conflict between the two processes. This lets you build a fully branded version — your own palette and your own logo — within a single production run.

Does certification apply to every production batch, or only to the original samples tested?

The certifications on file are based on tested samples from the qualified silicone material and process used across the product line. Because hardness and material composition are held consistent batch to batch, later production runs are expected to align with the same standard, rather than requiring a new certificate for every batch.

Does the one-piece button neckline limit how the bib can be packed for retail?

No. Since the neckline is molded as part of the bib rather than a separate strap or buckle, it holds its shape whether the bib is rolled for a travel pack or laid flat in a printed box. You don't need a different packing method to accommodate the neckline design.
