OEM/ODM Customization Service

How we work with you

We Help build your product

Whether you already have a design or you’re starting from an idea, we can take it to production. Our design department of 100+ professionals can handle over 95% of the product requirements on the market today — which means whatever you have in mind, there’s a strong chance we can make it.

OEM

You design, we manufacture

what it is

You bring the design, the sample, or the drawing. We produce it exactly to your specification.

Best for

Brands that already know what they want and need a factory that can build it faithfully and at scale.

What you provide

A physical sample, sketch, or technical drawing.

What we handle

Tooling, production, decoration, quality control, and packaging.
ODM

We design, you brand

what it is

You share a concept, a market gap, or even a rough idea. Our design team develops the product, and you launch it under your own brand.

Best for

Brands that want an original product without building an in-house design team.

What you provide

Your direction, target market, and brand.

What we handle

Concept, design, engineering, tooling, and full production.
What you can customize

Customize every part of your product

Customization isn’t limited to a logo here. From the mold itself to the material’s feel in a child’s hand, almost every element of your product is open to change.

Mold & tooling

Develop a completely new mold for an original shape, or modify tooling to fit your design.

Color

Match any color to your brand palette, including custom and multi-color combinations.

Logo

Apply your logo by printing or engraving, integrated into the product cleanly also on the package.

Packaging

From simple bags to fully branded retail boxes, packaged ready for your shelf.

Size & structure

Adjust dimensions, wall thickness, and structural details to your specification.

Hardness & Finishing

Tune the silicone hardness (Shore A), or add special processes for a specific look or feel.

If there’s something not listed here, ask. The list above covers what we do most often — not the limit of what we can do.

ODM PRODUCT
Before you commit

We assess feasibility first

Before any tooling is cut or any quote is finalized, our engineers assess whether your idea can be made — and how to make it best. You describe what you want; we tell you honestly whether it’s straightforward, whether it needs a design adjustment, or whether there’s a smarter way to achieve the same result.

Material is part of this too. Not every product is silicone — feeding bottles are often PPSU or PP, while nipples are silicone, and each material behaves differently in production. We help you choose the right material for each part, so the finished product performs the way it should.

How it works

From idea to delivery

Every custom project follows a clear path, so you always know what stage your product is at.

Our engineers confirm what's possible and recommend the best approach.

Design & 3D modeling

We shape the concept into a design and a precise 3D model.

Sample & prototype

We produce a physical sample for you to hold, test, and approve.

Sample confirmation

Once you sign off, the approved sample becomes the production standard.

We cut the production mold in-house

Start Mass production

Full production runs, with every piece inspected before packing.

Packaging & delivery

Packaged to your brand and prepared for shipment.

Minimum order quantity

Clear MOQs by product type

Our minimum order quantity depends on the type of product, because different materials carry different setup requirements. Here's where most projects start:

0 PCS

Standard silicone products

0 PCS

Glass products

0 PCS

Stainless steel products

These are typical starting points, not rigid rules. Depending on your product and configuration, we’ll confirm the exact MOQ when we quote — and we’re always happy to talk through what’s workable for your order.

Lead time

Built to keep your launch on schedule

Timing is often as important as the product itself. Here's how fast we move at each stage:

No waiting between stages. Because design, tooling, and production all happen inside our factory, there’s no waiting on outside vendors between stages — which is a large part of why we can move this fast.

Your design, protected

Your ideas stay yours

When you develop an original product with us, that design is valuable — and we treat it with care. Every custom design and technical file you share is stored securely on our own servers, accessible only to the team working on your project. It doesn’t circulate, and it stays between you and us.

Your original design stays exclusive to you. We won’t use your mold to make the same product for anyone else, and we won’t turn your design into a catalog item that competitors can order. The edge you build with an original product is yours to keep.

Why customize with us

Design and manufacturing integration

One-stop capability

Design, tooling, production, and packaging all in-house — no coordinating between separate vendors.

Fast response

Quick feasibility assessment and short lead times keep your project moving.

Reusable tooling

Your mold stays with us, so reorders are faster and simpler.

Protected design

Your original design stays confidential and exclusive to you.

FAQs

Can the mold be owned exclusively by our company?

Yes. For custom-developed products, mold ownership and usage rights can be discussed before the project starts. If you require an exclusive mold, we can confirm the tooling cost, mold maintenance terms, confidentiality requirements, and whether the same design will be restricted from other customers.

Can you match a competitor's product I've seen on the market?

In most cases, yes. Send us a reference or a sample and our engineers will assess how closely we can reproduce it, or suggest improvements. Note that we respect existing patents and trademarks, so we'll flag anything that could raise an IP issue.

Can you handle shipping and export documents?

Yes. As an established exporter, we're familiar with the paperwork and requirements for major markets, and we'll prepare what your shipment needs. If you have a preferred freight forwarder, we're happy to work with them directly.

What happens if the sample isn't quite right the first time?

We revise it. Sampling is meant to catch exactly this — you review the physical sample, tell us what to change, and we adjust before anything goes to mass production. Getting the sample right is the whole point of the stage, not a formality.

How do you keep quality consistent across large or repeat orders?

Every piece is inspected before packing, and your approved sample stays the reference standard for every run. Because your mold is stored and reused, later orders match the first — the same tooling produces the same product, batch after batch.

What if I'm not sure exactly what I want yet?

That's fine — many projects start that way. Share the market you're targeting and the kind of product you have in mind, and our design team will come back with directions and suggestions. You don't need a finished plan before you reach out.
