A PP baby bottle uses polypropylene for the bottle body and rigid molded parts, while the nipple remains silicone. We match the body, ring, cap, and handles around one confirmed design, so you can review the bottle as a complete product rather than a group of unrelated parts.
One-Piece PP Bottle Body and Base
The complete container from the neck to the base is formed as one PP bottle body. Its wall distribution keeps the bottle light, while the molded base provides the shape stability needed for the finished bottle to stand evenly.

We check bottle weight, appearance, and key dimensions at set intervals during production. For PP screw rings, dust caps, and handles produced in multi-cavity molds, the relevant cavities are monitored separately to prevent one cavity from creating repeated differences.
