Packaging always looks different in your hand than on screen, and a color shift or structural issue caught on a sample is far cheaper than one caught on a full run. Every custom packaging job we handle goes through a physical proofing stage before we release mass production.
This adds 5 to 10 working days to your lead time depending on packaging complexity. If your delivery date is tight, tell us early and we will build the proofing stage into your production schedule so it does not push your shipment.

A print-ready dieline and digital proof prepared from your design file, with any technical adjustments flagged for your approval
Physical Pre-Production Sample
An actual printed and die-cut sample made with the same material, printing process, and finishing craft planned for your full run
Written Sign-Off
mass production starts only after your written confirmation, and the approved sample stays at our facility as the reference standard for the entire order
Every Carton Inspected Before It Leaves Our Facility
Whether we produce your packaging or you supply your own, every carton goes through the same pre-shipment inspection as your products. A damaged box or a mislabeled carton is enough to cost you a rejected shipment or a delisted SKU on your platform, and catching that at our facility is our job, not yours.
Anything that fails inspection is removed and replaced before the container is loaded.
