PRODUCTION structure

Round Base Design for Our Silicone Suction Bowl Range

For our current silicone suction bowl range, we use a round suction-base structure. The upper bowl can vary in shape or material, while the underside maintains a continuous circular contact area.

One-Piece All-Silicone Structure

For our current all-silicone options, we mold the bowl body and suction base as one structure. The 75 Shore A silicone maintains the bowl shape, while the thinner base section provides the flexibility required for suction.

Silicone Base with a Rigid Interior

Silicone Base with a Rigid Interior

For composite suction bowls, we combine a rigid inner bowl with a flexible silicone exterior. The round silicone base makes full contact with the tabletop and provides the suction, while the rigid interior helps the bowl maintain its shape.

Base Flatness and Smoothness Control

We check the underside for warping, uneven edges, inconsistent thickness, and smoothness across the suction base after molding. These issues can affect the seal between the bowl and tabletop.

During sample approval, you can test our silicone suction bowls on your intended smooth, non-porous surface before confirming bulk production.

material selection

Material Options for Your Silicone Suction Bowl

We currently manufacture both all-silicone and silicone–stainless steel structures. You can select the material according to your required food-contact surface, bowl rigidity, product weight, and overall appearance.

We mold the bowl body and round suction base as one piece using food-grade silicone. The current designs use 75 Shore A silicone to maintain the bowl shape while allowing the thinner base section to form a suction seal.

This structure gives you:

Silicone and SUS304 Structure

We combine a rigid SUS304 interior with a 60 Shore A silicone exterior and round suction base. The stainless steel interior provides the food-contact surface, while the silicone exterior controls the color, grip, and suction function.

We fit the stainless steel bowl into the silicone structure and check the connection for movement, gaps, and separation before production approval.

strict process to Manufacture

How We Produce Your Silicone Suction Bowl

We turn your approved sample into clear production standards for color, structure, dimensions, and delivery. This allows us to maintain the confirmed specifications throughout bulk production and future repeat orders.

Recorded Color Formulas

Recorded Color Formulas

You can provide a color card, physical sample, or existing product for color matching. During sample production, we adjust and record the silicone mixing ratio. After you approve the color, we follow the recorded formula to keep bulk and repeat orders consistent with your required color.

Mold Manufacturing

One-Piece Silicone Molding

We form the bowl body and round suction base together through high-temperature compression molding. This eliminates separate base assembly and keeps the bowl shape, base position, and contact surface consistent. Your finished silicone suction bowl follows the same structural standard as the approved sample.

SUS304 TEST

In-House SUS304 Stamping

We purchase SUS304 raw material, verify its metal composition by spectrometer, and stamp the bowl interior with our own equipment. This gives us direct control over its diameter, depth, and shape, allowing you to develop customized structures beyond standard ready-made stainless steel components.

Suitable For Your Delivery Time

We calculate molding, SUS304 stamping, logo processing, inspection, and packaging as one complete production schedule. With current output reaching 2,000 PCS per day for all-silicone designs and approximately 1,000 PCS per day for composite structures, you receive a practical delivery plan based on confirmed production capacity.

Quality Inspection

Quality Inspection Methods for Your Silicone Suction Bowl

We inspect your order using measuring tools, approved specifications, and confirmed samples. Each result is compared with the acceptance requirements agreed with you before bulk production.

Dimension and Material Inspection

We use calipers to measure the bowl size, wall dimensions, and suction-base diameter. We check product weight with an electronic scale, capacity with measured water, and silicone hardness with a Shore A durometer. This confirms that your order matches the approved product specifications.

Suction Base Inspection

We place the silicone suction bowl on a smooth glass inspection surface and check whether the circular base makes complete contact. We also inspect the underside for warping, uneven edges, rocking, and visible gaps that could affect the suction seal.

Composite Connection Inspection

For silicone and SUS304 suction bowls, we inspect the alignment and connection between both materials. We use manual rotation and pulling checks to identify movement, gaps, loosening, or separation before the products proceed to packaging.

Custom Detail Inspection

We compare the finished color with your approved sample under consistent lighting. We measure the logo size and position against the confirmed artwork, then check the packaging material, printing, and product placement against your approved packaging sample.

FAQs

Can one mold produce suction bowls with different capacities?

Changing the capacity usually changes the bowl depth, inner contour, or external dimensions. Because the bowl body and suction base form one molded structure, a significant capacity change normally requires a new mold. If the external dimensions remain unchanged, we can evaluate whether adjusting the internal mold component is technically feasible before confirming the tooling solution.

Can you add capacity markings inside the bowl?

We can evaluate raised or recessed capacity markings during mold development. You can specify the required units, values, position, and marking size. We review their readability, depth, and effect on the bowl wall before adding them to the tooling design. Because molded markings form part of the mold structure, they should be confirmed before tooling production begins.

Can I change the logo without modifying the product mold?

Printed and laser-engraved logos can usually be changed by updating the approved artwork and processing instructions. An embossed or recessed logo formed directly during molding becomes part of the tooling structure. Changing that type of logo may require a replaceable insert or mold modification. We recommend confirming your preferred logo method before the mold design is finalized.

Can I add a matching lid to an existing silicone suction bowl?

A matching lid requires an accurate fit with the bowl rim. We need to review the rim diameter, edge profile, sealing method, and required lid material before development. If the existing rim was not designed for a lid, the bowl mold may also need adjustment. We confirm the bowl and lid structure together before preparing the final tooling drawing.

Can you review my bowl concept before I invest in tooling?

You can provide a sketch, reference product, target capacity, or basic dimensional requirements. We review the bowl wall, rim, round suction base, material structure, demolding direction, and manufacturing feasibility before tooling begins. This allows you to identify structural changes early and approve a practical silicone suction bowl design before committing to mold production.

Can the mold be modified after the first product sample?

Some small changes may be completed through local mold adjustment or replacement of a removable mold insert. Changes involving the bowl size, capacity, wall structure, or suction-base dimensions may require larger tooling modifications or a new mold. We review the requested revision and explain its impact on cost, product structure, and development time before proceeding.
