Silicone Baby Plate structures

Silicone Plate Structures for Different Program Needs

Our silicone plate range covers multi structural directions: one-piece molded silicone suction plates, divided plates built with a stainless steel insert, and normal silicone plates without suction or compartments, even design by yourself.

Silicone suction plate

Molded as a single piece of food grade silicone with no joints or bonded parts, the suction plate holds a single open compartment and stays anchored to the table through its suction base during feeding. The one-piece structure removes assembly seams from the cleaning routine and keeps the plate dishwasher ready for daily commercial use.

Built with a food grade silicone body and a 304 stainless steel insert, the divided plate separates portions across three compartments while the silicone rim secures the insert through a snap-fit structure. The suction base keeps the plate in place, and the steel insert lifts out for separate cleaning.

Normal Silicone Plate

Designed as an open plate without compartments or a suction base, the normal silicone plate comes in two constructions: fully molded food grade silicone, or a silicone body fitted with a stainless steel insert. The flat open format serves feeding programs that call for a simple plate profile across table settings.

Each structure serves a different position in your baby plates assortment. Full specifications, molding details, and customization scope are available on each product page.

material & technology

Food Grade Silicone Specified for Every Plate in the Range

Every silicone food plate we produce starts from food grade silicone free of BPA BPS PVC and phthalates, with hardness documented per product so you can match each plate structure to your program requirements.

Automated equipment

Our one-piece molded silicone plate is produced at 75 Shore A. Our silicone and stainless steel divided plate carries a silicone body at 60 Shore A. Both figures are fixed in the product specification and held consistent across production batches, so the plates you receive from a repeat order match the firmness of the sample you approved.

The silicone body withstands temperatures from -40°C to 230°C, which keeps food grade silicone plates stable through dishwasher cycles, sterilization, and freezer storage in daily commercial use. When your compliance team reviews material composition, we support the review with food contact test documentation covering LFGB, FDA, and EN14372 requirements, detailed further in our compliance section.

Structural Processes and Adsorption-Based Segregation Logic

Silicone Plate Structures Built Around Feeding Function

Each structure in our silicone plate range is molded around a specific feeding function: the suction base anchors the plate through mealtime, and the divided layout separates portions across fixed compartments.

The suction base holds the plate firmly in place on the table surface to help prevent spills during feeding. On the one-piece suction plate, the base is molded as part of the plate body itself, with no bonded seams between the base and the plate wall. This single-mold construction is what allows the plate to pass through dishwasher cycles without joints that trap residue.

Silicone Divided Plate Compartment Ratio Logic

Divided eating areas of Silicone Plate

The divided plate carries three compartments at 106mL, 50mL, and 50mL, holding a main portion and two sides in fixed positions on one plate. The 304 stainless steel insert forms the compartment surface, and the silicone rim secures it through a snap-fit structure while allowing the insert to lift out for separate cleaning.

Capacity Built Around Appetite

depth and capacity of Silicone Plate

Plate depth across the range corresponds to capacity. The one-piece silicone plate is molded at 30mm depth carrying 300mL, and the silicone and stainless steel plate is built at a 15mm profile. Depth in our range maps to portion volume, which lets you position each plate against the serving sizes your market calls for.

Color consistent with batch

Color Consistency Held From Sampling to Mass Production

Color on baby silicone plates is a repeat-order commitment: the shade you approve at sampling is the shade we reproduce in every following production run.

Step 1

Recorded at sampling

When your sample is produced, we record the exact material and colorant ratios used in that batch. These ratios become the fixed reference for your product, held on file rather than re-mixed by estimation at each order.

Step 2

Verified by instrument

Color output is checked with a spectrophotometer and supporting instruments, measuring the produced color against the recorded reference instead of relying on visual judgment alone.

Step 3

Reproduced in mass production

When your order moves to mass production, compounding follows the retained sampling records. The formula that produced your approved sample is the formula that runs your bulk order, which is how the plates in your third shipment match the plates in your first.

Product portfolio capabilities

Silicone Plates Built Into Single SKUs Feeding Sets and Gift Boxes

Our silicone plates slot into three sourcing formats: standalone SKUs, multi-piece feeding sets, and gift box combinations, all drawn from one silicone product range produced under one roof.

Standalone Silicone Plate SKUs

You can source any plate in the range as an independent SKU. Baby food plates in our line share the same food grade silicone base and the same color range across structures, so a single-item order today still aligns with the set or assortment you may build next season.

Feeding Set Combinations

Our plates combine with bibs, suction bowls, straw cups, spoons, and forks into feeding sets, with configurations already produced at 5, 6, and 8 pieces. Set items share unified colors across pieces, which gives your assortment one coherent look on shelf instead of a mix of near-matching tones.

Holiday Gift Set Projects-Christmas

Silicone Feeding Gift Set Box Combinations

For gift programs, plates combine with matching feeding items into boxed sets. We coordinate the product combination and the packaging in one place, so the box, the insert, and the products inside move through one production plan and one quality check before shipment.

Silicone Plates Tested to LFGB FDA and EN14372 Standards

Our silicone plates for babies are tested by accredited third-party laboratories against LFGB, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, and EN14372. Together these cover food contact migration, sensory evaluation, volatile organic matter, mechanical safety for child feeding utensils, and REACH restrictions on lead, cadmium, phthalates, and BPA across the European and US markets.

Test reports are available for your compliance review during sourcing evaluation. When your target market calls for documentation beyond these standards, we coordinate additional third-party testing based on your requirements, so your import clearance and retailer audits move on complete files rather than pending paperwork.

Customized Service

Silicone Plate Customization From Color to Gift Box

We run OEM and ODM programs on silicone plates, with customization scoped across four levels so you can match the depth of development to the stage of your brand.

color guide card

Color Customization

Your brand colors are matched at the sampling stage, where material and colorant ratios are recorded as your fixed color reference. Every following production run compounds from that record, so the shade on your shelf stays the shade in your brand guide.

Logo Customization

Your logo is applied to the plate body through molded or printed marking, supported by our in-house screen printing, pad printing, and heat transfer lines. Keeping marking in-house means logo placement is confirmed on the actual product during sampling, not outsourced after.

Packaging and Gift Box design

Packaging and Gift Box

Packaging is developed alongside the product, from single-SKU retail boxes to multi-piece gift sets. You confirm the plate, the box, and the insert as one sample package, and the combination ships as one quality-checked unit.

Mold Development

Mold Development

For designs beyond our existing range, our in-house mold center takes your product from drawing to tooling with 40+ mold-making machines including CNC equipment. New structures, new sizes, and new compartment layouts are built as your proprietary molds.

New Product Sampling Process

Silicone Plate Development From Brief to Approved Sample

New silicone plate development runs through a fixed sequence of confirmation points, so you always know which stage your project stands at and what gets locked before the next step begins.

Requirement Briefing

You share your target market, product direction, and reference requirements. We respond with structure, material, and combination recommendations drawn from our existing silicone plate range and tooling capability.

Design and Engineering

Our industrial design and structural design team converts the confirmed direction into product drawings, covering dimensions, capacity, hardness specification, and marking positions for your review.

Mold and Sampling

Confirmed drawings move to our in-house mold center for tooling, and samples are produced on the same machines that will run your bulk order. Material and colorant ratios are recorded at this stage as your production reference.

Sample Confirmation

You review the physical sample against the confirmed drawings. Your approved sample closes the development stage and becomes the reference for commercial confirmation.

Easy 3 Steps to Cooperate with Us

Silicone Plate Orders From Confirmation to Shipment

Once your sample is approved, your silicone plate order moves through a staged delivery sequence, with each stage closed by a defined check before the next begins.

Step 1

Commercial Confirmation

Quotation, order quantity, color assortment, packaging format, and delivery terms are confirmed and documented. Your approved sample and its recorded material and colorant ratios are filed as the fixed production reference for this and every following order.

Step 2

Bulk Production and In-Process Inspection

Bulk production runs on the machines that produced your sample, compounding from the retained sampling records. In-process checks run alongside production in our in-house laboratory equipped with 40+ testing instruments.

Step 3

Packing and Shipment

Packing follows the confirmed packaging format through our assembly and packing department. Your order ships with its documentation package, and the filed production reference stays on record for your repeat orders.

FAQs

Can we put our own brand on plates from your existing molds?

Yes. Existing structures run as OEM with your colors, logo, and packaging without mold investment. Proprietary mold development is a separate track for when you need a structure exclusive to your brand.

Can we start with your existing colors instead of custom matching?

Yes. Our existing color range runs across all plate structures and the wider feeding line, so you can launch on standard colors first and move to custom color matching in a later order without changing supplier or tooling.

Can my plates from an older order be matched years later?

Yes. Your sampling records, including material and colorant ratios, stay on file beyond the immediate order cycle, so a replenishment order after a long gap still compounds from the same reference as your first shipment.

Do you supply test reports under our company name or yours?

Standard reports are issued under the HUROYAL manufacturing entity. When your retailer or import process requires testing under your own brand entity, we coordinate third-party testing arrangements based on your documentation requirements.

If we develop a proprietary mold with you, who holds the mold?

Proprietary molds developed for your project are reserved for your orders. Products from your tooling are not offered to other buyers, which keeps your structure and design exclusive to your brand.

What information should we prepare before requesting a quotation on baby food plates?

Target market, intended structure or reference product, estimated quantity, color direction, and packaging format cover what we need for a complete first response. Missing points are simply confirmed in the first exchange rather than delaying it.
