Check Every Single Piece
Most factories inspect by sampling — they pull a few pieces from each batch, and if those pass, the whole lot ships. We don’t work that way. Before any product is packed, every single piece passes through human inspection. Not a sample. Not a percentage. Every one.
For a product that goes into a child’s mouth, that difference matters to you directly. Sampling accepts a known margin of defects slipping through; full inspection closes that gap. When your shipment leaves our factory, each item in the box has actually been looked at and cleared.
100% inspection
Checked at every stage, not just the last
Quality isn't a final gate we bolt on at the end — it's built into every step of production. From the moment a product is formed until the moment it's boxed, there's a checkpoint at each stage, and each one confirms something different.

After forming
Inspectors check the shape, surface, and finish of each piece as it comes off the line.

After trimming
Every edge and parting line is checked for flash, roughness, or imperfection.

Appearance check
Color, black spots, scratches, and surface cleanliness are confirmed piece by piece.

Function check
Products are inspected by experiment that would affect how they actually work.

Before packing
A final look confirms each piece is clean, complete, and flawless before it's sealed.

During boxing
Packing and contents are confirmed correct as the carton is filled.
Continuous checks protect your timeline too. Because a problem gets caught the moment it appears — not after thousands of finished pieces have piled up — your delivery stays on schedule as well as on spec.
- Checked on every piece 100%
- Appearance — color, black spots, scratches, stains, cleanliness
- Flash & edges — no rough edges, burrs, or leftover material
- Visible defects — deformation, bubbles, any flaw
- Function — anything affecting how it works
- Packaging — correct, clean, complete before sealing
- Tested by sampling
- Suction strength — bowls & plates sample-tested to confirm the base holds
- Shore A hardness — sample-checked against the approved standard
Nothing gets overlooked
Every piece is inspected against a clear set of criteria — and a few critical properties get their own dedicated testing.
Suction and hardness are tested by sampling rather than on every piece — testing them fully would damage the product itself. Sampling verifies these properties without compromising the items you’ll actually receive.
We reject, we never rework
When we find a defective piece, we scrap it. We don’t repair it, we don’t blend it back into the batch, and we don’t rework it into something that “looks fine.” A reworked product is a repaired product — and a repaired product is, by definition, no longer perfect.
For most factories, rework is a way to save cost: fix the flaw, ship it anyway. We’ve made the opposite decision on purpose. For products a baby will hold, chew, and put in their mouth, “good enough after repair” is not a standard we’re willing to offer you. What reaches your shipment is only what passed the first time — flawless, or scrapped.
This costs us more. That’s the point. The margin we give up on scrapped pieces is the margin you gain in defect-free deliveries and fewer customer complaints on your end.
