We design from scratch
Our in-house design department develops original silicone baby products from the ground up — starting from a blank page, not a competitor’s mold. Every product begins with real research: how a baby grips, how a parent cleans, what shape a small hand can actually hold. From sketch to 3D model to prototype, the idea becomes something genuinely new.
That word — original — means something specific here. It’s not a tweak to a mold that a dozen other factories already sell. When you launch a design that started with us, it’s truly yours: no other brand can order the same item elsewhere and place it on the shelf beside you.
Built from zero
Every original product is developed in-house, from first sketch to finished form.
Genuinely exclusive
No competitor can order the same item from another factory and shelve it next to yours.
Why it is Important
Exclusivity is the hardest thing to buy in this industry — and where standing out begins.
Or we build from your drawings
Already have a sample, a sketch, or a technical drawing? Send it over. Whether it’s a finished product you want reproduced, a rough hand sketch, or a full CAD file, our engineers can work from whatever you have — you don’t need everything figured out before you reach us.
From there, we turn your reference into a production-ready mold, matching your dimensions, wall thickness, texture, and finish. Because our design and mold-making teams sit under the same roof, there’s no outside vendor to slow things down or lose detail in translation — just a faster, cleaner path from your idea to a mold that’s ready to run.
From your reference
A sample, sketch, or technical drawing is all we need to get started.
Matched to spec
Your dimensions, wall thickness, texture, and finish — reproduced faithfully.
Fast And efficient
Design and mold-making tegother, no slows down or gets lost in translation.
From requirement to production
Every product follows the same nine-step development process — with two separate approval gates before we ever cut a mold, so costly surprises don’t show up after tooling.

Step 5 And Step 6 review and customer approval both happen before we cut a mold. That’s deliberate — catching an issue on paper costs almost nothing, while catching it after the mold is cut costs weeks and real money.
The Design team behind your product
Behind every product is a technical team of 100+ professionals — including a dedicated design team of 30+ with more than 15 years of average experience. A team this size can run several projects at once, and that depth of experience means your product is shaped by people who’ve already solved the problems yours will face.
Numbers alone don’t build a good product — organization does. Industrial designers shape how it looks and feels, structural engineers make sure it works, and mold designers turn the design into production-ready tooling. Each role owns a distinct stage, so nothing falls through the gap between “designed” and “made.”
Form Designers
Shape the form, feel, and user experience of every product
Structural engineers
Make sure each design is safe, functional, and manufacturable.
Mold designers
Translate approved designs into precise, production-ready tooling.
We design from scratch
When you hand us an original design, you’re trusting us with something valuable — and we treat it that way. Every custom design and technical file you share is stored securely on our own company servers, accessible only to the team working on your project. It never circulates, never gets shared, and never ends up in another client’s hands.
The exclusive product you develop with us stays exclusive. We don’t reuse your molds for other buyers, and we don’t let your design become someone else’s catalog item. Your investment in original design is protected — so the edge you build is an edge only you get to keep.
