MATERIALS & FORMING

Training Cup Materials and Manufacturing

We use different manufacturing routes for all-silicone and silicone-wrapped stainless steel training cups. Each forming method follows the product construction, ensuring that the selected material structure is correctly transferred into mass production.

One-Piece Silicone Compression Molding

Food-contact silicone is prepared and placed into the product mold for high-temperature compression forming. The rim, cup wall, and base of each silicone training cup are formed as one structure. Ribbed, smooth, or square-rim details are produced directly by the mold before demolding, flash trimming, and edge finishing.

Silicone-Wrapped Stainless Steel Construction

The stainless steel inner cup is prepared separately before the silicone exterior is formed around it. Production controls the alignment at the rim and the fit between the metal insert and silicone layer. This structure belongs to the mixed-material training cup category rather than the all-silicone product range.

Training Cups for Complete Baby Feeding Set Projects

Your training cup does not have to be ordered as a standalone item. If you already have a feeding set plan, we can combine the cup with the required feeding products and confirm the complete component list under one coordinated development project.

You can submit your selected cup, target set components, reference images, and brand requirements together. We coordinate matching specifications, visual consistency, and order details across the complete feeding set, reducing repeated communication between separate product suppliers and keeping project requirements in one place.

MATERIALS & FORMING

Custom Training Cup for OEM and Private Label Orders

We use different manufacturing routes for all-silicone and silicone-wrapped stainless steel training cups. Each forming method follows the product construction, ensuring that the selected material structure is correctly transferred into mass production.

Existing Mold Customization

Existing Mold Customization

Use an existing training cup mold when the current capacity and structure already meet your requirements. You can specify Pantone colors, logo placement, silicone hardness, and surface finish while retaining the original cup dimensions, rim profile, base structure, and overall mold-defined shape.

New Training Cup Mold Development

New Training Cup Mold Development

If your project requires a different capacity, size, rim, base, body texture, or overall shape, we can develop a new training cup mold from your drawing, reference sample, or confirmed product specification. Structural requirements are reviewed before the mold design is finalized for development.

Forming and Dimensional Control

During production, we inspect the cup opening, wall thickness, base shape, capacity, silicone hardness, dimensions, and molding completeness. First-piece approval is completed before continuous production begins.

Surface, Color, and Logo Inspection

Finished surfaces are checked for flash, burrs, stains, scratches, deformation, and uneven trimming. Pantone color, logo position, print clarity, and overall appearance are compared with the approved production standard.

Mixed-Material Structure Inspection

For silicone-wrapped stainless steel training cups, we inspect the exposed rim, silicone coverage, structural alignment, and connection between materials. Products with gaps, looseness, incomplete wrapping, or separation are rejected.

Finished Product Acceptance

Accepted products must meet the confirmed requirements for appearance, capacity, stability, odor, and structural condition. Defective units are identified and removed from the order instead of being repaired or returned to the production line.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

Training Cup Production and Reorder Capacity

Our production capacity is supported by established product molds, dedicated forming equipment, and retained order records. This allows wholesale training cup orders, planned replenishment, and repeated production to be scheduled without restarting each project from the beginning.

Daily Output and Production Scheduling

Standard all-silicone training cup models can reach approximately 2,000 pieces per day, with planned monthly output of about 50,000 pieces under regular scheduling. The silicone-wrapped stainless steel model has a separate output of approximately 1,000 pieces per day because of its mixed-material construction.

Retained Production And Sample Records

Retained Production And Sample Records

Completed order records retain the selected product, production version, historical batch information, and confirmed manufacturing requirements. When you place another order, the previous project can be located through these records, reducing repeated information collection and helping production identify the correct order reference efficiently.

Mold Manufacturing

Dedicated Training Cup Molds

Each existing training cup design has a corresponding production mold. These molds are retained and maintained between production orders, then prepared when the same model returns to the schedule. Standard replenishment orders therefore do not require the same product mold to be developed again.

Plant equipment (1)

Controlled Forming Equipment

Compression molding equipment controls the temperature, pressure, and curing time required for silicone forming. Dedicated production settings support stable batch output when wholesale quantities, multiple colors, or several training cup models are scheduled within the same production period.

PRODUCT PACKAGING

Product Packaging Options for Training Cups

Select the direct product packaging format required for your training cup order. Available options cover standard printed boxes, structurally customized retail boxes, and gift boxes. Final packaging specifications are confirmed separately according to your artwork, product selection, and order requirements.

Printed Paper Box

A training cup can be packed in a printed paper box using a standard box structure. You can provide the required brand colors, logo, product name, and artwork layout, while the final print file is reviewed before packaging production.

Custom Retail Box

A custom retail box is developed when the training cup requires a specific box size, opening structure, product display format, or internal support. The box structure and artwork areas are confirmed according to the selected product and your packaging brief.

Silicone training cup Gift Box

Gift Box

A gift box can be arranged for a single training cup or a confirmed multi-product package. The box style, internal insert, product arrangement, and artwork are reviewed separately to ensure that the finished packaging matches the approved presentation requirements.

The options shown here represent general product packaging formats only. Final dimensions, artwork, barcode position, labels, warning text, internal structure, and included quantities must be confirmed separately for each order and destination market.

HOW TO ORDER

Start Your Training Cup Order in Three Steps

The cooperation process keeps product selection, quotation, sampling, and production approval in a clear sequence. You can begin with an existing training cup or submit a new requirement, then proceed after each stage is confirmed.

Step 1

Select a Product or Submit Your Requirement

Choose an existing training cup from this page or submit a new product requirement. Provide the selected product, estimated order quantity, reference drawing, sample image, or available specification so we can confirm the scope of the project.

Step 2

Review the Quotation and Sample

After the project requirements are confirmed, we prepare a quotation for your review. Once the commercial terms are accepted, the required training cup sample is arranged for your inspection and approval before the production order proceeds.

Step 3

Approve the Sample and Begin Production

Mass production begins after you approve the sample and confirm the production order. The approved sample and confirmed order documents become the production reference, and the order proceeds according to the agreed production schedule.

FAQs

Which logo methods are available for training cups?

Logo application depends on the selected cup surface and whether you use an existing or new mold. A new mold can incorporate an embossed or debossed logo directly into the silicone body. Existing products may use screen printing or pad printing after the logo position, artwork size, surface suitability, and adhesion requirements are reviewed.

Who owns a custom mold, and can the training cup design remain exclusive?

Mold ownership and product exclusivity are confirmed in the development agreement before mold production begins. The agreement should define who funds and owns the mold, whether the design is exclusive, whether it can be used for another customer, and how confidential drawings are handled. These rights are not determined automatically by the mold-opening payment alone.

What test reports are currently available for training cups?

Existing documents include FDA food-contact, LFGB food-contact, and EN 14372 feeding-utensil test reports covering applicable chemical safety items such as lead, cadmium, phthalates, and BPA. We first confirm whether the selected training cup falls within the report scope. Additional testing can be arranged when your market requires another standard or the material or structure has changed.

Can the hardness of an existing silicone training cup be changed?

An existing silicone training cup mold can generally support hardness adjustment within a workable range. However, hardness cannot be selected independently of the cup structure because it may affect wall support, rim flexibility, base stability, and demolding. The selected model and requested hardness must therefore be evaluated and confirmed through a sample before batch production.

Can the stainless steel training cup use a metal other than SUS 304?

The current silicone-wrapped stainless steel training cup is based on a SUS 304 inner cup. If your project requires SUS 316L, titanium, or another metal, the material cannot be substituted directly without review. We must confirm forming feasibility, wall thickness, finished dimensions, weight, silicone fit, order quantity, and required testing before accepting the alternative material.

How are standard and custom training cup colors handled?

Each current training cup model is available in five default colors. If you require an additional color, you can provide a Pantone code for matching. When a Pantone reference is unavailable, a physical color sample or another clear color reference can be submitted. The matched color is confirmed before the custom-color order enters batch production.
